I’m a little sad to be selling this guy. I just don’t use it enough to justify keeping it. It’s a beautiful Tangerine 2008 Genuine Buddy 125cc scooter with 6,966 original miles. It has run perfectly the entire time I’ve owned it and is 100% ready for a new rider—no immediate shop trips or hidden fixes required. This scooter has been incredibly well-cared for, with major recent maintenance completed: Fresh Service: Oil change and full carburetor cleaning done at the end of 2024 (only ~150 miles ridden since!). New Battery: Replaced last year and starts up instantly. Winterized Properly: The last three winters since I’ve had this bad boy, it has been stored indoors on a trickle charger with fuel stabilizer run through the system. With about 7,000 miles buddy scooters are known for their reliability and having their scooters easily last 20,000-30,000 miles. The 125cc engine easily handles city traffic and can reach top speeds of 50–55 mph. Cosmetically, it’s in fantastic shape with a clean seat, bright paint, and shiny chrome mirrors. It has just a tiny bit of minor, standard sun-fading on the rear plastic fender from age, but overall it looks excellent.
