All materials are 100% authentic reclaimed barn wood

All materials have been kiln dried, de-nailed, and defected for good usable material and stored in a dry space unless otherwise noted on lot description.

All square footages are approximate, favoring the buyer

Milling specs refers to the finished thickness and edge profiles. Lots with the same milling specs will fit together with other lots of the same specs

(i.e., 3/4" tongue & groove will fit together with other 3/4" tongue and groove, but 3/4" will not fit together with 5/8" and so on)

Terms:

You must purchase the entire banded lot, no picking through

All materials are being sold "As Is" and all sales are final.

A forklift will be available for loading and local delivery (from Carbondale) is available at an additional cost.

Lots can be viewed in person by appointment only at our facility in Carbondale, CO. Please do not show up unannounced.

Prices DO NOT include Carbondale sales tax which is 10.15%

Cash, check, or credit card will be accepted.

Material is being sold due to limited space so we prefer items to be picked up at the time of purchase; however, we can make arrangements

to hold for a couple of days if the lot has been paid in full.
