I bought this a few years ago and have been slowly updating it and remodeling it. Within the last two years it has had a new furnace, new instant water heater, roof was just resealed(about a month ago), new 14 ply tires and wheels (last year), new shower, new toilet and water fixtures, lvp flooring, carpet, independent landing jacks, It has two spare tires, comes with an inboard genarac generator (not installed, but I have everything.) I have an extra ac unit ( trailer is pre wired for 2nd unit). The garage is 118” and hasn’t been updated yet. Outside could use a cut n buff for a better shine. Has 3 slides. Includes Anderson hitch also. Call or text is preferred
