The coop housed approximately 6 chickens comfortably. It is no longer being used and could be a great starter coop or restoration project.

Condition:

• Overall structure is still solid and functional.\
• Roof is intact and has shingles.\
• Door will need repair or replacement.\
• Could use a fresh coat of paint.\
• Some trim boards and cosmetic pieces are weathered.\
• Run is intact but will need a few pieces of hardware cloth repaired/replaced.

Pickup Information:

• Buyer is responsible for loading and transport.\
• Located in Lehi, UT.\
• You will need a truck or trailer.\
• Bring several people to help move it, as it is large and heavy.
