Nice deere to steer... we used it for a small project around the house, but now we don't use it very much. I bought with the intention of staring a small business with it, but my work now is completely different. I have taken care of it, no oil leaks, works great.

If I used it on a regular basis, I would never pay $300-400 an hour to rent one, I would just buy a decent used machine.

Tires are solid and work great, I have a fiend who has a set of basically new tires (see sample of tires picture). If you pay the full price I can include a set of wheels/tires. I have a small video but I can't seem to be able to upload it for now.
