Includes the console, controller, Jaguar game drive with every single Jaguar game and Jaguar CD game, that's right you can play CD games with this thing, and an s video adapter that allows you to use a super Nintendo s video cable to output to your TV so it looks really super nice. Does not include an OEM power supply, but it does include a Sega Genesis Mark 1 power supply that I've used for the last 30 years with no problem.
