Open each numbered "window" to reveal a mini storybook! (most books are about 3"x3", except for #24 Twas The Night Before Christmas is 6"x6"). Put the books back into the packaging if you want to re-use the countdown another year, or keep the books out for everyday use, or perfect size for on-the-go :)
See 3rd photo for all the book titles. Softcover books, but have thicker Usborne-quality paper pages.
