I have a vintage white milk glass and cast metal balancing scale. It has blue flowers on the glass. It is 20 1/2 inches tall and 17 inches wide. The 2 plates are each 6 inches across. The chains and plates are removable. Unfortunately one of the plates was broken and poorly glued back together (see the last picture). Many of these had metal plates instead of glass.
