This is the CycleOps PowerBeam Pro Fluid model bike trainer. You can easily mount your bike to the trainer without having to remove tires or adjust anything. You simply mount the rear tire to the stand, connect the trainer, and then place the front tire in the holder. The fluid resistance in the trainer adjusts to your gear settings for a full range of cycling training. When it's not in use, it can be collapsed and stored. See photos for details.
