Everest was one of Keystone’s nicer RV’s. Aluminum used in structure of floor, walls, and ceiling.

We purchased from 2nd owner in 2017. We have used it in the lower 48, Canada, and Alaska. Always covered in winter. We maintained it with the plan to use it during retirement but decided on a new and larger fifth wheel due to the increased travel.

Notable maintenance accomplished:

2 ea, 7 gal propane tanks with auto switchover valve (recertified in 2024)

50 amp service with 2 ea, 12 v AGC batteries installed in 2024

6 gal propane / 110v hot water heater installed in 2024

Water pump and accumulator installed in 2024

Faucets and shower fixtures replaced in 2023

Dometic 320 porcelain elongated toilet installed in 2023

Microwave replaced in 2022

Electric fireplace installed in 2023

Second a/c unit installed over bedroom in 2022

Rubber roof replaced with metal roof (due only to age) in 2022

Main awning fabric replaced and slide awnings installed in 2022

RVLock keyless doorlock installed in 2022

Backup camera with monitor

Tires (LT truck tires E rated) replaced in 2024

Brakes, drums, and bearings replaced in 2023 and 2024

Suspension upgraded to include new wet-bolts, heavy shackles, Dexter EZ Flex equalizer, shocks, and strengthened spring hangers.

Landing gear motor, gearbox, and switch replaced in 2024
