This trailer is awesome! Full disclosure it is a salvage title. With that being said everything on this trailer is now fully functional. Fully functional generator, fully functional appliances, fully functional heating and A/C, fully functional shower and toilets, all electrical components work, water heater works. The only thing that I haven’t specifically tested are the sink and stove top in the exterior compartment. There was some delamination, the dealer put a new panel on to replace the delaminated section but I felt it was not done the best so I added some subfloor glue to the back of the panel and made sure that it was installed in a way that was sturdy and will last. I also reapplied roofing sealant to all of the edges and vents as well as anywhere on the roof that could possibly leak. The TPO roof itself is still in good shape and with the additional sealant the roof is in tip top shape. It will only let me put so many pictures and videos up. I have full walk through videos. It also comes with a brand new battery and I replaced the jack with a 5000lb electric jack as well. We are terribly sad to let it go but our circumstances require it.
