Large dog house. It’s made out of 2x4s and plywood. The plywood on the exterior is obviously weathered but could easily be removed and replaced. The roof has tar paper and shingles and in good shape. The door flap will all need to be replaced. It is very warm for cold winters. I have 1/2 inch plywood on the inside and it is insulated. It is heavy and you will need a couple people to move it. You will be able to pull a truck or small trailer up right next to it to load it.
