Super spacious 5th wheel. Has some dings and scratches inside but great bones! Would make a great bare bones hunting trailer, remodel project, or just a budget no frills 5th wheel! It’s an oversized 8.5 ft wide (standard is 8’) and 32.5 feet long. This layout feels so spacious. The couch pulls out into a bed that can sleep 2. Everything works great. We preventatively resealed the roof seams 2 years ago and haven’t had any issues with leaks. There was one spot on one of the slides that we noticed a small leak forming but fixed it before any damage happened. Furnace and AC are running strong. The fridge and freezer work great. No delamination! There’s tons of windows for so much natural light. New shower head was just installed and a brand new faucet in the kitchen. It does need new batteries, but it’s plugged into shore power right now so you can check everything out. It has a spacious pass through storage along with a few other outdoor storage compartments. It also comes with an awesome vinyl “shed” that hooks in under the fifth wheel for tons of extra outdoor storage. Also included is the fifth wheel stabilizer, dehumidifier for inside, and heated sewer hose for winter camping. Feel free to message with any questions
