ZelleThis is a one-of-a-kind vintage leather sofa that sold at retail for $10,000. It’s in great condition, with just some minor stains and a tear in one of the cushions (shown in 3rd picture). Easily reparable or coverable, as we’ve done with a throw.
We’re moving and need it gone by the end of June. With the condition it’s in and the urgency, $40 seems like a fair price. Plus, there are no stairs to move it up/down from as there’s an elevator in the building.
