This FULL tank has the current OPD (Overfill Protection Device) valves. This tank is twice the size of the traditional BBQ tank. Often called a 40lb or a 10 gallon tank, actually holds 9.4 gallons.

Home Depot sells 40 # tanks new for $139.98 plus TAX. New tanks have to be purged, you have to pay to have it purged before you pay to fill it.
