So my son built tailgate benches instead!

Built from original vintage truck tailgates and solid wood, these are custom benches pieces that would look great in a garage, shop, man cave, cabin, or on a covered porch. Both have two costs of stain, and sealed with indoor/outdoor polyurethane. Scout & Chevy available

Chevy Bench: $600 78” wide, 22” deep & 40” high

International Scout Bench: $900 52” wide, 22” deep & 41” high (Scout Tailgates are not cheap, or easy to find!)
