This is an old motorhome with a lot of history but it has worked great for my family. It is ready to go for a trip today.
It has solar panels, a 100 gallon fresh water and fuel tank. Original manuals and maintenance logs as well as a full cover. Gas stove, double fridge, real tiles and wood work (not the fake laminate).
If you're expecting "Like New", this isn't the motorhome for you. It is rebuilt after a car side-swiped it. The first owner let it sit unused and the roof got water damage. The second owner fixed everything up, resealed the roof, replaced the tires, as well as the air ride, and a lot of smaller things. My wife and I are the third owners; we've had it for 6 years.
As with any home, there's always a list of small repairs to be done when you get a chance. Here are those: - Rear AC needs a new controller. It's about ~$100 and is a quick swap. The front AC works fine. - The roof is ready to be resealed soon. It doesn't leak, but it's been >7 years since the last time. - The step motor works fine but it makes a clicking noise. I don't plan to replace it because it still works. - The fuel gauge is inaccurate so you'll need to track your miles. I keep a small notebook by the driver's seat. - The mount the holds the shower head when you're not using it needs to be replaced. - The mesh cover over the washing machine cabinet needs replaced.
I'm open to reasonable trades.
