Very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Great used condition. No major stains, rips, or tears. Comes from a clean home. It is coming from a cat home. Seat cushions can be unzipped and washed and zipper areas to fluff the padding if needed. (Note: Pillows and blankets shown in photos are not included).
