Elevated Crossfit is a local staple 11 year running. The community at this gym is like no other gym you’ll find and that is what has kept it together for this many years. The members. To be upfront, the gym isn’t currently profitable. However, I went through a divorce last year that made it really difficult for me to focus time and energy on the gym for growth.

It is located off of the 500 east Exit in American Fork. Our space is 5,000 square feet big! 35’ tall ceiling with all sorts of equipment.

Ropes hung from rafters for rope climbs, wall balls, dumbbells, barbells, bikes, rowers, rigs, GHD, etc..

We are located next to many corporate headquarters and businesses and just 3-5 minutes away from multiple different town home mega complexes. It’s not been whether or not we have enough opportunities to grow membership and make this successful. It’s more been my inability to make it my primary focus as I run a construction company as well.

I can give you all of the financials and Monthly cost of lease, coaches pay, etc.. and meet in person to see the gym and answer any questions you may have. There is sooo much potential with this gym!

All equipment and memberships are included in the price of sale. The lease for the space is separate from sales price.
