This trailer features a compact yet functional interior with a bunkhouse, dinette that converts into a bed, a kitchen area with a sink, and a bathroom with a toilet and sink. Ideal for road trips and camping adventures.

The interior shows minor signs of wear consistent with its age but is in good, clean condition overall. All essential amenities are present and functional, ready for its next owner to enjoy.

Tires (including the spare) are brand new upgraded to next load range with less than 200 miles. Awning hardware and fabric are also brand new. Furnace was rebuilt last year. Refrigerator, air conditioning, and hot water all work excellently.

There have been leaks in the trailer from before I bought it, I temporarily flash taped any concerns I had to prevent any further issues. The corners do need to be resealed. I just haven't had time to finish the job.
