All are in good condition and have little to no shelf wear except the following (significant conditions are all pictured but I'm not going to detail every minor defect): Snake Eyes & Polar Bear has a significant crunch on a corner, Recondo has some feathering of the card on the top, Rock N Roll has sort of a bulge type crease along the back edge, Gung-Ho has a slight card curvature (which most 1st wave retro figs have), and Falcon & Quarrel has crunches in the two top-front corners. Most are in near mint condition including Duke, Zartan, and the Night-Creeper. A simple search of these figures new on eBay comes up with a figure of approximately $786 (that figure includes shipping but NOT tax) for this lot, and I guarantee the sum total of their condition for that price will not equate to what I have here.
