FRESHLY CLEANED: For your peace of mind, the entire couch will be freshly shampooed right before pickup! Structure: The couch is structurally in sturdy condition with plenty of life left in the deep cushions. It has been used in a clean home. Note on condition: There is one small spot with a bit of color on the fabric (shown in the close-up photo). I haven't tried very hard to scrub or treat it yet, so it may very well come out with a standard stain remover or during the pre-pickup shampooing, but I want to be entirely transparent up front!
