Two Bike Thule hitch rack circa 2015 Axle lock Built in bike lock

The bike rack is fully functioning. However it has been heavily used over the last decade. It could use some TLC and a repair for the rear wheel tie down where I am missing a locking strap. (Not a necessary part at all but important to limit movement. I use a tie down when needed).

Just upgraded to a velocirax and I am looking to rehome the Thule. It goes to the dump next weekend 6/26
