Great condition, A.C., heater, water heater, tub/shower, microwave, 2 burner stove, sink, fridge, awning, everything works as it should. Has 2 bunk beds plus a full size bed that is also the dinette. No water damage. Very capable camper, lots of ground clearance and it tows like a dream. Has dual propane set up and includes a load distribution hitch.
