The ability to cook multiple things at once is great. Omelets made easy, bacon simmering to the side and yes, a few sausages hanging out to the other side. The large surface works well when cooking for 5 and the surround style drip tray makes things much easier as you are cooking. As grease is not dripping straight down I can use my spatula to direct some over to add flavor as I added potatoes to the cooking area.
