I believe the camper is from 2002. It has lots of upgrades, but a few areas that have worn and could use some attention. This was upgraded to be an off grid camper and has seen many adventures, but I no longer have the space or time for it.

• 1000 watt pure sine wave inverter to power sensitive electronics
• Power monitoring system to track battery health and energy consumption
• LED lighting throughout to save battery power

Known Issues

• The canvas and zippers are showing age. A couple of broken zippers that could be an easy fix.
• The bathroom floor was cracked. It was sealed years ago and has not leaked.
• The roof has some sagging, but does not leak. There are signs of leaks before, but the roof was resealed after I purchased it and I have never had any leaks.
