This is a 2022 Keystone Cougar Half-Ton travel trailer, 30 feet in length. It's in excellent condition and includes two air conditioner units, electric awning, power tongue jack and stabilizer jacks and so many upgrades. This well-maintained RV is perfect for your next adventure. Especially if you have any difficulties with steps! The owner modified the trailer to make it easier to get in and out of BUT those upgrades are easily removed if it doesn’t fit your needs. The owner also added the power tv mount to allow for storage behind the TV and allow the TV to be viewed at a more optimal level. Multiple drawers have been added giving easier access to the dinette bench and under bed storage areas. A bidet has even been added in the shower/toilet area!! There is peel and stick wallpaper and tiles in the bath area that can all come off if not to your liking...but we think you'll like it! (That really is wall paper, not real stone! )

The floor coverings/rugs, dishes, air fryer, cleaning supplies, and pillows in the dinette area ARE included. As well as everything pictured in the under storage.

This trailer is in like new condition, tires with plenty of life left in them (new 2 years ago) and is perfect for a weekend away with the family or for a small family/couple or single person to live in.

It currently only has one Interstate Marine battery and with the heat of Phoenix and Palm Springs it is not in optimal condition. I recommend to take full advantage of the 400 watts of solar panels that you already have to buy 2 new batteries (lithium if possible) you will then be set for some boodocking or dry camping. If you are an RV resort kind of camper what you have will suffice. Two 20 lb propane tanks are included and are both full. An outside propane fireplace also is part of the package.

Trailer has been pressure washed, particularly the roof, no leaks while doing so.

This could easily be a tiny home or full-time home for an individual or couple living the Nomad life. Previous owner lived in it for the last 3 years.
