This 29’ jayco is in really good shape for its age. everything works as far as plumbing, appliances, including refrigerator and air conditioning, forced air furnace, all outlets and lights. Tires are in good shape and it pulls nice. No tears or any significant damage to furniture or flooring just normal wear and tear for its age. Has a separate room up front with queen size bed, 2 bunks in the back and the couch and table fold into beds. Has a large slide that includes the couch and table. Also has a large awning. This trailer had a significant roof leak that has been repaired. all damaged wood and roof membrane has been replaced (I have before and after pictures if you are interested) interior paneling on the ceiling needs to be installed I left it off to make sure the roof leaks were all fixed and they have been. I will have the interior done in the next week or so it wanted to get this listed. Will sleep 6 adults, can sleep up to 8 if some are kids. I bought this as a project but it’s just too long for the space our family has at bear lake. Would be willing to trade for a 21’-24’ trailer 5,500 O.B.O
