We bought this many years ago when we got our first metal working lathe and needed to grind, sharpen and shape carbide lathe tools. We only had one lathe so we didn’t use this very much. And after a few years we switched mostly to carbide insert tooling and didn’t need this grinder at all. The diamond and CBN wheels on it are the originals. The grinder has little actual use, and Baldor grinders basically last forever. It’s built like a tank and weighs about 100 lbs. It's been sitting in our shop for years and we need the space.
