EXCELLENT condition. 2011 Heartland North Trail pull trailer RV. This camper has upgraded cabinets that lock tight! Water heater new within the past couple of years. Brand new spare. Two batteries, two propane tanks. Has the winter cold weather package and an amazing Carrier HVAC system that blows perfectly warm and cold. Fixtures and appliances are in pristine condition. Fridge has auto setting to run off electric or propane. Has a carriage rack that extends in the rear for coolers or totes. Manual outdoor shower and awning is in good condition and works great. Lots of cabinet space. Two Jensen televisions that are older obviously but still work good when hooked up. This is a great little camper with lots of upgrades. THE BAD: The stereo does not work, but we use our cell phones...AND a couple of winters ago when it was so cold the vinyl on the floor cracked. It does not affect anything mechanically. The price may be somewhat negotiable because of the vinyl, but it's an easy fix. Other than that no leaks, no stains, no breaks, no damage. It's great and it's cool and it's warm and the bed is REALLY comfortable. Have more pics. This is a great hunting camper for cold nights
