EXCELLENT condition. 2011 Heartland North Trail pull trailer RV. This camper has upgraded cabinets that lock tight! Water heater new within the past couple of years. Brand new spare. Two batteries, two propane tanks. Has the winter cold weather package and an amazing Carrier HVAC system that blows perfectly warm and cold. Fixtures and appliances are in pristine condition. Fridge has auto setting to run off electric or propane. Has a carriage rack that extends in the rear for coolers or totes. Manual outdoor shower and awning is in good condition and works great. Lots of cabinet space and the cabinets SHUT Tight! Two Jensen televisions that are older obviously but still work done when hooked up. THE BAD: whoever owned this before we did cut the wires to the outdoor speakers (why would you??). The stereo does not work, but we use our cell phones so......AND a couple of winters ago when it was so cold the floor cracked. It does not affect anything mechanically. The price may be somewhat negotiable because of the floor. Other than that no leaks, no stains, no breaks, no damage. It's great and it's cool and it's warm and the bed is REALLY comfortable.
