The black building in the pics was built for a customer in Lehi, the building turned out marvelous. The inside is split into two rooms, the left side houses all the pool equipment, the pumps, filters etc. The right side is a changing room/ hangout. That building is 10'x18' with an 18' overhang for shad in the summer, so it becomes a Pool House/Cabana in one. This building was around $15k but they can start as low as $8500
