I’M IN THR SHORT GO or “Betty”

Betty is a very nice 8 year old mare. She is cutting horse bread, smart, quick and athletic.

Last year our 12 year old daughter did 4H on her, all the different events, and the beginning of this year we started her in the roping pen. She is quick and has a big hard stop, and coming along very well in the box. I have tied down a few calves on her, break away roped and headed some steers. She would make a top calf horse or breakaway horse for an advanced roper, as she has a lot of focus on a cow at the end of rope, and is just the right size. She could easily go in any roping or cow horse performance direction.

She is correct in her maneuvers, and is a gentle horse, but would need an intermediate rider, as she Has some “life”when around cattle.

She walks right up to you in the corral, easy to handle, and ready to go start her career.
