5th wheel. Has been a great family camper. Does need some love. Sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. Has lots of storage everywhere. Everything works, just replaced the water pump last year. Will need new batteries soon, and black tank has a crack that has been fixed but leaks if its too full, or just replace. There is water damage in the tongue which is shown in the pictures, the roof has been fixed so it no longer leaks. The floor in the living area has been pulled up, we have flooring to fix it. Thus the price is so low. It is 30.5ft trailer.
