This John Deere 310D Backhoe is an extendahoe, and 4 wheel drive! Its ready to use! We have run this baby through our shop and resealed sealed most of the cylinders on it, we have rebuilt the shuttle shifter (forward and reverse transmission) as well! It has a new seat, great tires, good glass all around the entire cab. Has a turbo charged 74hp engine. 4x4 works great with the flip of a switch. Park brake works perfectly as well. Rear bucket is 36" wide and digs great! We spent a couple hours digging with this machine to make sure there weren't any surprises. Has loads of power and runs fantastic! We also resealed the front axle shafts as well! Front loader rated to lift 6,450 lbs with the 1.25 CY bucket. Rear hoe can dig 19' deep! Heat works great, has the components for Air conditioning, but it isn't hooked up, dont know what it will take to get that going if you want AC. Weighs somewhere in the neighborhood of 16,000 lbs.
