I’m open to discussing places within a radius of the Ballpark neighborhood of 13th S and State, or other locations in South Salt Lake, West Valley, Millcreek, Murray, Cottonwood Heights, Midvale. My first choice is currently ICO Fairbourne Station Apartments West Valley City (https://www.liveatfairbournestation.com/), but please let me know if you find something better!
The place:
- 2 bed / 2 bath apartment (or something else that works, could be a house)
- Around $700/month base rent total (per person) + utilities/fees (split between roommates) [that's a guess on the price, my budget is flexible]
- Each person gets their own bedroom and bathroom
About me: I’m a 42-year-old mechanical engineer and working professional. I’m clean, respectful, active, and looking for a comfortable, low-key place to live (not a party house). I have a cat, so pet-friendly is preferred.
Looking for someone who:
- Has steady income
- Is always on time with rent
- Cleans up after themselves
- Wants a good roommate situation
I’m not looking to be a landlord — just hoping to find the right person to apply with and share a place.
