Charming vintage French Provincial secretary desk featuring a slant-front fall lid, ornate aged-brass hardware throughout, and a beautifully chippy cream painted finish. The standout details are the serpentine sculptural piece of hardware on the fall front, the acanthus leaf mounts on the legs and feet, and a gallery rail on the top.
The drop-front writing surface opens to reveal a fully fitted interior with multiple cubbies, shelves, and a small central drawer with keyhole. Below the fall front sits a single drawer with decorative bail pulls, and the open lower shelf offers additional storage.
