We fell in love with yurts the first time we stayed in one, Ended up buying this yurt from a young couple on a farm in Oregon. We lived and ran a business out of this yurt for 10 years. In a wind exposed area in a mountain valley in northern utah. With a very stout structural upgrade package we endured 10 years of (very harsh at times) northern utah winters. The propane heat kept our critters cozy when we weren’t around and the wood stove heat took over when we were home. This yurt has a lot of memories and I hate to see it go, but it’s time to send this thing off to provide joy to the next lucky person.

It has the Insulation kit, snow and wind package. One normal door and one french door As well as the heavy snow upgrades. Rafters upgraded Fromm to 2x6 Heavy 3 layer center ring Heavier wire rope around lattice wall. And a 4”x4” steel post that attaches the top center ring to the floor (huge re-assurance during extreme wind events)

Outer wall canvas is weathered and has missing buckles on the windows. but is currently functional. Replacement outer walls could make this yurt feel like new
