Very nice trailer with 1 slide out. Very clean and well maintained. Everything functions as it should. The water heater was just serviced, tires are in great shape, and the batteries are new this year and the roof has a fresh coat of sealant as of this year as well. This trailer offers a large front bedroom with walk around access to the bed, and a door to the outside. Large spacious shower with separate bathroom. Dinette and couch both drop down into beds as well as having storage behind the couch and underneath the dinette. heat and A/C both work amazing. The trailer has a tongue to number length of 29’ and the box is 25’ of living space. The GVW of the trailer is 7800lb Dual 7lb propane bottled at the front with an electric jack.
