Chassis & Handling

• Reinforced Frame: Features an increased main spar section (+1cm) to balance weight distribution, increase stability, and provide the ideal flex for sharp cornering in single-track and Hard Enduro.
• Stiffer Swingarm: The rear wheel axle diameter is increased by 2mm (now 22mm), improving stiffness and torsional resistance during heavy turns.
• Vibration Reduction: Equipped with the Xtrig Flexfix handlebar mount system, using anti-vibration blocks and optional softer inserts for a customizable feel.

Suspension & Braking

• ZF Suspension: Retains the comfortable 2025 ZF setup with a approachable 36.6” seat height.
• Upgraded SHC Fork: A Single Hydraulic Chamber fork reduces weight by 250g. The right leg manages the spring while the left handles hydraulics. A redesigned spring guide improves oil flow and prevents high-speed pressure buildup, ensuring a smoother, more linear response.
• Nissin Front Brake Caliper: Adopted from the 450 RX, this new caliper is smaller, lighter, and offers better modulation and feel.

Cooling & Electrical

• Sturdier Radiators: Redesigned to resist deformation and maintain optimal coolant flow under extreme conditions.
• Coolant Recovery Tank: A 200cc expansion tank built into the frame prevents overheating by recycling lost coolant.
• Upgraded Battery (4-Stroke Models): Features a lighter, higher-performing battery for safer, more reliable starts.

Body & Convenience

• Recovery Strap: Includes a new Beta-customized front tow strap for challenging situations.
• Map Switch: The handlebar map switch button remains conveniently integrated inside the handlebar pad.
• Aesthetics & Lighting: Features a bold, new "full-red" graphic design with black accents, alongside a sturdier, more modern LED taillight.
