Has one slide out that is rack and pinion system and in great working condition.Sleeps up to eight people. New tires last year. Refrigerator, range, oven, water heater, furnace, water pump, awning, and AC all in great working condition.

Awning does have some wear that has been patched. The trifold couch has some peeling and looks best with a blanket placed over it.

Trailer has ample storage and a great layout.
