Everything in the picture is included in the 20 dollar purchase. It comes with a shirt, shorts, 1 pair of shoes, a backpack (The backpack doesn’t have anything inside of it.), and then the doll itself. When I was a kid I gave her some layers but they don’t look bad at all in my opinion. She has a tiny bit of makeup on her face but it is very light so you can barely tell that it is even on her face.
