**Condition Note (Please Read)**The cabinet unit itself is newer and in excellent cosmetic condition with plenty of storage space. However, during our last move, the original leg attachment points failed. We have heavily glued the metal legs back onto the base to keep it upright (see close-up photo).

Because of this, the unit is being sold strictly AS-IS. It is perfectly stable sitting in place, but you must be very careful when lifting or moving it. Alternatively, this is a perfect, easy DIY project for someone who wants to unscrew the bottom plates and attach a fresh set of legs!
