VenmoI have five hens I need to remove from my flock. They are great egg layers, friendly and easily handled by children, but they are being bullied and it's happening when they are roosting at night. Nothing I have done has helped.
Since I don't see the bullying, I did suspect depluming mites in April and I treated them with ivermectin. Despite a couple of months of treatments, there wasn't improvement and it leads me to believe the roosting is the issue. They haven't been treated since May 30th. They lay an egg almost every day, and I'm hoping a different environment will help them. If you plan to cull them, I only ask that it be done humanely.
I'm asking for $10 per hen OBO.
