Sthil ms271, carrying case, and 5 blades sharpened. This is a good saw thats the veteran of many a tree, as the bar shows. Got it new in 2020 thinking i wanted a lighter saw, but im used to a 391 or bigger, and since I favor harvesting bigger trees find it lacking. Only thing its missing is two screws on the cover, the one it has holds it on fine, and if I can find where I put the ones I got for it, I'll get them on there, but no promises. Video shows a cold start.
