We have a very sweet female Goldendoodle named Penny that we are seeking to re-home.

I’ll explain the why here. Feel free to ask any questions.

We live in the Teton valley up in the mountains. We originally purchased her to do some breeding and sell puppies as a little hobby for our kids. She has had one litter of puppies that was so fun. We ended up trying to breed her the following year and she didn’t end up getting pregnant and we haven’t tried since and have just kept her as a family pet.

With that said I assume she can still get pregnant but we have no idea, so if that’s your sole purpose in getting her just know she didn’t take the last time we tried but it doesn’t mean she isn’t able.

Our biggest challenge is she simply is not fit for where we live. She requires grooming as she is a doodle, and the weeds, thistles, stickers, that she gets into here is a nightmare. We just feel like she would be happier with someone in a different location, and likely make someone super happy as their companion.

As far as her temperament goes, she is a typical doodle. Fun loving, always excited to see you, super loving and cuddly, loves to play, and loves to be with you.

She is potty trained and will sit, stay, and come. She is obedient, and wants to please.

She has no problem with chickens, we have chickens and turkeys out all the time and she doesn’t bother them. She does fine with other dogs if she is socialized. We have another dog and they get along great.

We are hesitant to even do this as it’s sad to think about her not being with us but feel like it’s best for her as long ash she goes to someone who will just love her.
