Excellent condition and ready for adventure! Located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Toilet, shower, sinks, stove, lights, porch light, stove fan, & AC all work well and no leaks.
Taillights, brake lights , turn signals, and electric tongue jack work well.

The previous owner did not use the dinette and left the bed in the flat position. Comfortable chairs for the side breakfast table. The bed is 54 x 76 inch, about the size of a full/double bed.
Some extras included. 2 camp chairs, step stool, full dish set, silverware set, pan set, memory foam type mattress topper, leveling blocks & a heavy duty canvas cover that needs to be repaired on the seam.
The trailer has a mild lift on it. Dual propane tanks with cover, awning, and a sway bar. Let me know if you have any questions.
