In the last few months, it’s only worked as a vacuum not a mop. I tried to sell it as just a vacuum. When a person bought it and took it to their home, they couldn’t figure it out so it didn’t work. I took it back and gave a full refund because it wasn’t working. Now I’m selling it so cheap there will be no refund So I am selling it as it doesn’t work. That’s why it’s so cheap. I’m hoping you could get it to work or call Norwall and have them walk you through it how to get it to work . I did not use it very much so it’s clean.
