28 ft bumper-pulled toy hauler with new dual 12V batteries, New Tires, and a New Awning.

This thing can fit a lot of people in it, and gear/toys. I had it for my family of 8, but now the kids are grown, and it's time to get something smaller.

Double Queen Beds in the Rear, and a Queen Bed in front. 2 Sofa Sleepers, Dinette table, Stabilizer Jacks.

Dry Weight: 6,500 lbs, Gross Weight 9,950 lbs. Tongue weight is about 1,000 lbs empty.

100-gallon fresh water tank, 30 gal Black, and 30 gal Grey tanks. Fuel Station, with 30 gal tank.

Propane/Electric water heater, AC, Heater, Propane/Electric Fridge.

Built-in Generac generator that runs off the fuel station tank. Only 115 hours on it. Never really needed it, so didn't use it much, but it runs well, and I cleaned out the whole fuel system. Currently no gas in it.

Everything works and is in decent shape for the age and for the use the trailer has been through.
