PayPalSelling my 2022 Kona Process 153 DL in Gloss Metallic Yellow. I’ve been riding Process 153s for the past six years because they’re honestly one of the best all-around bikes out there. It’ll pedal all day, rip technical trails, and still feel right at home on shuttle laps and bike park days. I’m only selling because I’m looking to move into a more gravity-focused bike.
This is a very low-mile warranty replacement frame. I received it around the same time I bought an e-bike, so it has seen very little use. The frame is in excellent condition with only a light scuff from a shuttle pad.
The bike has been meticulously maintained and has a long list of premium upgrades.
Build
Frame 2022 Kona Process 153 DL Gloss Metallic Yellow External cable routing Includes a Fidlock magnetic bottle and mount, one of the few bottle systems that fits the Process frame well.
Fork Fox Performance 38, 160mm Fresh seals and oil with less than 50 miles since service.
Rear Shocks (both included)
RockShox Deluxe Select+ Air Less than 50 miles. This is the shock I’ve been using for trail rides and climbing. It pedals efficiently while still feeling great on the descents.
Marzocchi Bomber Air Around 200 miles and in excellent condition. I preferred this one for shuttle days and bike park riding since it feels a little more composed in rough terrain.

A few notes
The dropper has a little side-to-side play, which is pretty common, but it works perfectly.
The frame is basically new, the bike is mechanically excellent, and it’s ready to ride. Between the Chris King headset, ENVE cockpit, Hydra wheelset, TRP EVO drivetrain, and EVO PRO brakes, there are thousands of dollars in upgrades.
Including both rear shocks and both tire setups makes it easy to transform the bike from a lightweight trail bike into a park or shuttle setup in just a few minutes.
