This camper has had minimal use. First owner was a traveling nurse. We bought from her and were only able to use once due to medical issues. Has a super comfy mattress like new. Couch pulls out for a bed, kitchen table can also be put down. Nice size refrigerator, freezer and microwave that work great. TV and stereo system are in great working order. Electrical awning, hot water heater, and air conditioner work great. The tires are in good condition. Total length is approx. 28 feet. Equalizer hitch is included. Freshly cleaned and ready to go.
